Most people nowadays know that vegetarian food is good for the environment.
But it is often forgotten that it's very good for our health too. Meat
substitutes, and therefore fish or legumes, contain little saturated fat and a lot of unsaturated fat. Unsaturated fat is, among other things, good for the heart and blood vessels because it lowers cholesterol and it's very good for a good functioning of our brain.
In short; vegetarian food is very healthy. And it can also be tasty. I will show you by the following recipe which reminds me of summer evenings in the garden with the whole family.
This is what you need
300 to 350gr couscous
1 liter of broth with garden herbs
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
1 paprika
1 zucchini
1 or 2 tuna in brine
preparing Boil 1 liter water and dissolve the broth in it. Cut the paprika and zucchini. Take the halve of the olive oil and. Add the couscous to it and add, little for little, the broth to it. When te couscous has absorbed the broth, you can turn off the gas. Take another pan and the rest of the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar. Fry the vegetables and turn off the gas. Mix the vegetables with the couscous and add as many tuna as you want.
Buon apettito!
